Job description:
As a ‘Medior IT Engineer’ you offer customers IT support both from the office and on site and you assist with IT installations.
Your duties:
– Preparation of software and hardware configurations in the office and implementation on site.
– Answering IT-related questions
– Monitoring and maintenance of IT systems
– Registration of your activities
– Reporting to the Senior IT Engineer
Profile:
– Knowledge and interest in information and at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
– Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office 365, server management, firewall and security systems, network management or databases. Experience with Microsoft Azure and VoIP telephony is a plus.
– Communicative, customer-oriented, socially skilled, stress-resistant, patient and solution-oriented.
– You master the Dutch language, spoken and written.
– You are stress-resistant, patient and problem-solving.
– You are curious and eager to learn.
– Driving License B.
