Function :
Reception and telephone contact with patients
Making appointments and managing dentists’ diaries
Various secretarial tasks
Supervision of the cleanliness of the premises (waiting room, sterilisation room, etc.)
Management of stocks and orders
Assisting the dentist in the follow-up of his work
Establishing a privileged contact with the patient, by informing, comforting and educating him/her on oral hygiene.
Preparation and sterilisation of equipment
Management of payments, mutual insurance certificates, etc.
Drafting of appointment reports
Various administrative follow-up for the practice
The person will share his/her time between the practices in Jumet (2 days/week) and Nalinnes (3 days/week)

You are sensitive to the notion of service and to the image conveyed to our patients
You like human contact: listening, reassuring and helping
You show initiative and are thoughtful.
You are comfortable using standard computer tools (Word, Outlook, etc.)
Experience in customer/patient service is a real plus.
