Function :
Reception and telephone contact with patients
Making appointments and managing dentists’ diaries
Various secretarial tasks
Supervision of the cleanliness of the premises (waiting room, sterilisation room, etc.)
Management of stocks and orders
Assisting the dentist in the follow-up of his work
Establishing a privileged contact with the patient, by informing, comforting and educating him/her on oral hygiene.
Preparation and sterilisation of equipment
Managing payments, mutual insurance certificates, etc.
Drafting of appointment reports
Various administrative follow-up for the practice
Work in the chair to support the dentist
The position is a “mobile” position, you are assigned to a practice, but you are the designated person for replacements and breakdowns within a defined geographical area.
