ASSIGNMENTS

✓ Assist and report to the Quality Assurance Department Manager.
✓ Perform the various laboratory tasks related to the quality control process:
• Check the compliance of incoming materials, subcontracted items, semi-finished and finished products with respect to the specifications and requirements of ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 standards.
• Perform chemical and microbiology analyzes for the release of products.
✓ Ensure the follow-up of the documents used in production as well as the rules of good practice:
• Control products and documents during filling and labeling operations.
• When shipping orders.
✓ Edition of finished product analysis certificates for customers.
✓ Monitor the temperature readings of refrigerators, ovens and controlled areas.
✓ Manage periodic calibrations of laboratory devices.
✓ Ensure the sending of samples to an external laboratory for part of the outsourced analyses.

Als Product Specialist CAD/CAM 1ste lijn krijg jij de eerste vragen van de klant, dit kan zeer uiteenlopend zijn, van een dongle-refresh tot een vraag over het design of een fout in de software of apparaat. Ook zal je op afstand installaties uitvoeren bij onze klanten en kan je mee met een Senior Product Specialist om verder te groeien in je functie.
De ene dag ben je op kantoor de andere werk je vanuit thuis, jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt met betrekking tot CAD/CAM. Zowel collega’s als klanten kunnen bij jou terecht met al hun ondersteuningsvragen. Jij lost zowel hardware-softwareproblemen zoveel mogelijk op en dat moet je vooral leuk vinden. Our laboratory is looking for M/F consulting dental prosthetists, fixed and mobile, good command of CAD/CAM, they will have to master the national and international logistics chain, reception of work, quality control, translation of purchase orders Dutch to French to English.
Knowledge of IT tools such as 3SHAPE software, EXOCADE, DENTAL LAB, WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK, and freight forwarders (DHL, UPS etc.)
You will be in charge of shipments, managing laboratory customers, in BRUSSELS, GREAT NETHERLANDS BELGIUM,
Experience required for this position between 2 years
Full-time permanent contract of 39 hours.
