To make your participation a success, we have provided some tools to help you. These include visuals to promote your participation, but also our My Easyfairs platform to share information with visitors.
Promote your participation
Getting as many potential relations and quality visitors to your stand as possible is what it’s all about. And as an organisation, we do everything in our power to support you in this.
Personalised invitations
You will find personalised invitation cards in the exhibitor pack you received. Distribute these to your clients and prospects.
Personalised registration link
On My Easyfairs you will find a personal registration link under ‘invite clients’. Use this in your communication to your customers. This way, they can easily register for dentex.
Banner
On My Easyfairs, you will find several banners under ‘promotional material’. Place these in your newsletter, on your website and post them on your socials. Use these banners in combination with your personal registration link.
Invite your clients
Not enough time to send out invitations yourself? We will gladly take over for you! Use our invitation service: we will send an e-mail invitation to dentex on your behalf. Go to ‘invite clients’ on My Easyfairs and provide us with your contact list. Afterwards, you can also follow up via My Easyfairs who has registered.
My Easyfairs
This online tool is the platform where you will find all the necessary resources to prepare and follow up your participation. You can manage your company profile on the dentex website, upload your logo, promote products, share news items, present job vacancies and also submit innovations for the innovation gallery.
How does it work?
As a participant, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your registration for dentex, containing all the information you need to make optimal use of My Easyfairs. Visitors to the website can find out about your company at a glance via the participant list. They click on your company name and find your company details, products and news. You manage this information and data yourself via My Easyfairs. Information you post about your latest innovations and products, visitors can read on the trade show website.
Tip!
The more extensively you complete your profile in My Easyfairs, the more interesting information you share about your own organisation prior to the event. This way, you will reach an interesting target group even before your participation.
Collect leads
Want to collect quality leads in an easy way? Then be sure to use our tools!
Smart Badge
As an exhibitor, you will receive a reader to place on your stand. Interested visitors scan your reader with their Smart Badge. These visitors will automatically receive all the information from your My Easyfairs profile in their mailbox the next day. As an exhibitor, you will receive the details of the visitors who have scanned your reader. Place this scanner in a visible place.
Visit Connect
With Visit Connect, you can scan the QR code on the visitor’s badge with your smartphone or tablet. You can use this to collect information about the visitor. Afterwards, you can download all this information.
