In the eighties Stefano Lastrucci together with a close friend worked in Italy as a seller of books and surgical instruments. Building on its many years of experience, Stefano decided to expand its offering abroad by founding in 2012 the Italian Koinè, a company that deals with the distribution of dental and veterinary surgical instruments.
Since 2012 Koinè Italia has become a sponsor in the main dental trade exhibitions in Europe: Spain, Portugal, Romania and Poland the first ones to be attended to then expand its market in other countries such as Croatia, Bulgaria, Austria, France, Sweden and Denmark. The goal is distributing in all countries of the European Union.
Today Koinè Italia is a solid reality annually attending as a Sponsor in the Congresses organized by scientific groups such as Europerio, ITI (International Team for Implantology) Symposium, IDS (International Dental Show) of Cologne and EAO (European Association for Osseointegration) to present their products and novelties of the dental and veterinary sector.
Koinè Italia is owned by Stefano, administrator and figure of reference to many customers, and his son Andrea.
Andrea manages commercial relations with customers, foreign distributors and also takes care of making Koinè Italia products known in the veterinary sector.
